Partner Kevin Barnett has over 20 years of experience in North Carolina criminal defense work. Mr. Barnett is well known in the Mecklenburg County courts, where he has built a reputation for successful defense of area drivers and other clients facing felony and misdemeanor charges.
Our other partner, Deke Falls, is a talented trial lawyer who concentrates on federal crimes, serious state felonies, and personal injury cases. Mr. Falls heads our federal and civil practice and represents clients in the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of North Carolina.
