Attorneys Kevin Barnett and Deke Falls are lifelong North Carolinians with a firm grasp of the state and local legal culture. Our practice is divided between state and federal criminal cases, and civil litigation. One partner, Kevin Barnett, handles most of the firms state criminal cases, from matters as simple as a traffic ticket, to the most serious felonies. Our other partner, Deke Falls, primarily represents individuals and businesses involved in federal criminal cases and investigations. Mr. Falls also handles all of the firm's personal injury and wrongful death cases. Both attorneys have outstanding reputations among judges, prosecutors, and fellow lawyers, and are known for their excellent courtroom work. Mr. Barnett teaches seminars on defending DWI/DUI cases for attorneys, and Mr. Falls lectures on jury selection for the Criminal Justice Section of the North Carolina Bar Association.

Local representation
